So why are any of us surprised that the rabid , radical , anti-gun 9th went in favor of the Dem controlled state-house in Sacramento . POTUS has done a decent job of reducing the liberal bias in the 9th , so four more years might solve the problem . At least we should be looking favorably at getting to replace RBG on the High Court .
