I got a micro some years ago from TAS the Israeli manufacturer, put it on the Glocks 26,19,17,30,and 34 to test if there was an advantage. I found the results to be equal on all if, optimal lighting and environment were perfect for target acquisition. A quick response in a stressful encounter requires a Venom, Viper, Laser etc… I would enjoy a retesting with the Meprolight.

I shot this sight on a Sig 365 today. The gun owner couldn't hit the bull at all and he asked me to shoot it. I must say it was a terrible sighting system. The gun writers say that when you have the little dot in the circle, you're on target. No, the sight covers from the middle of your target down. You have to guess where if the dot is truly on the target. I suggest anyone thinking about buying this sight be sure to actually shoot with it. Don't buy this on the hype.

The miniaturization of the red dot sight for pistols is the next great evolutionary step.

Red dots on pistols is the correct answer.

Miniaturized red dots on pistols is the Holy Grail.

Kudos to Meprolight for getting there first!
