Sub MOA at 100yds definitely achievable.
Have done sub moa at 110m with stock standard rifle with bipod running SK red standard velocity.

i was told by Howa customer service the 22 caliber guns are rated at 1 MOA at 50 yards. so 1/2″ groups. still not bad .

Pretty sure the moa assurance for the Howa Rimfire is a misprint.. and not applicable for the MOA at 100 yds etc for the rimfire selection
