		<description><![CDATA[Overcharge. BS. You cannot overcharge a 223 to that extent, with the correct powder.  Im pretty sure, that if this is factory ammo sure that this is not the issue. Most likely a projectile jammed in the throat from the previous, ejected round.]]></description>
