our club is satisfied w/ theirs, primarily on time saved during a match. now able to have an official match and a fun match in the same time as just the official match before. but there are some detractors. some people can’t deal w/ the concept of an electronic zero. we have occasional lost shots which freak some people out.

So far we have not had this kind of problem. Although after heavy rain and wear sometimes they do play up.
