I've tried both in my 30-06 target rifle. Rl-23 has large granules limiting my powder charges and velocity. SD and ES were still tight however. RL-26 has worked very well for me with 190+ grain bullets allowing me to hit 2812fps with the berger 200.20x. SD of 5 ES of 12. I've gone as high as 2900fps with the 200.20x, but my combination node was around 2800 and my brass last far longer.
