I ordered Strikeman and had zero issues with shipping etc. I also ordered the system for my son living in another state. I feel like people should not discredit Strikeman or any retailer since all shipping issues that occurred were due to our incompetent government.

When I contacted the company about this issue, they were VERY helpful, as well as apologetic, in explaining why they were late in delivery due to supply chain and covid issues. I’ve purchased Strikeman for myself and for gifts, and am satisfied with the product as well as customer service when I contacted them with performance problems.

WARNING: Do not buy from Strikeman. We purchased their basic system at the beginning of December, and it was supposed to begin shipping on December 10th. by December 23rd we had still not received any shipping information, so we sent an email to the address they claimed would be answered within 24 hours, but we never received a reply. We sent another, but still no reply. As far as we are concerned, this company is a SCAM. Buyer beware.
