Hi Bob, I was extremely disappointed in my order. What I ordered from sales was not what I got. Working with your customer support lady was very difficult. I gentleman tried to help, but was no were near successful. He did not give me the correct color code I order from your web site and did not get the options I ordered. The options I paid for were not implemented. The inlay was wrong, the color was wrong. I am extremely surprised by the quality of work and carelessness for attention to details. I paid a lot for this stock and people are shocked. When I bring it to shoots, nobody can believe how bad of a job was don. I had to remodify the entire stock, since your organization would not give me the stock that I ordered. For all the mistakes that happened, I was reimbursed approx. $36. I was to be reimburse more, but I gave up and said it was not worth fighting with people who did not give a damn. Sorry Bob, but customer service should always be #1.

Yup. Won’t even bed a $1100 rifle even if you offer to pay more. What a joke Bob Beck! You got to fix this. If you only offer one service allow customers the option to have McMillan glass bed the stock with the barreled action. Otherwise, ag composites etc for me.

I assure you we are not going to change any of the process or quality that McMillan is known for. We absolutely still inlet our stocks. Only molds that see very little to no use will be discontinued. With that said, repurposing those molds will allow less lead times on the stocks that are in demand. Win, Win for everyone that supports McMillan. Thanks guys!

Just hoping that somebody doesn’t get the bright idea to move them out of Phx. Az. Arizona’s strong gun laws will help protect the Co. against the onslaught we all know is coming from Commissars Biden and Harris , and their anti-gun Henchmen .
