Good to see a quality brand like sightron making PRS scopes now too. The thing that gets me is why these big brands keep making second focal plane scopes with the long range reticles. They are almost useless apart from two power settings.

Editor: Actually, 95% of target shooting is done at fixed, known distances (most inside 400 yards). So ranging capability is meaningless and vertical hold-over info is not needed. The only benefit of FFP for most known-distance target shooting is having constant gradations in horizontal hash-marks for wind calls, whether Mil or MOA. But if you know the value of 1 click at your actual distance, again that's not a big deal, so long as you have a good idea of target size.
