I wouldn’t call John Roberts a fence sitter. He is way left of center in his rulings. Look at his latest vote that he cast with the liberal judges regarding the right of Christians to gather in the practice of their faith. The President that appointed him is a swamp member also.

Not to argue with Ken R., but we now have
Judges on the Supreme Court that make rulings based on the Constitution, the Amendments and the Bill of Rights. We already know how Obama’s appointees will vote, they have already shown their disdain when it comes to the Constitution, it’s the fence sitter Judge Roberts that’s always the wild card.

From what I’ve seen we cannot depend on the Supreme Court to do the right thing. Remember election fraud and Obamacare.
