I live in Houston, and I know that the reason this is happening is politics. It has to do with the County Judge and the Mayor. Argue with me all you want, but unless you can explain why in 21 years only ONE NRA convention has been held here, your argument is mute. The NRA has knelt to the Liberal Left on this issue. They wanted to play chicken and they lost. So much for my life membership. Mock me all you want but unless you are AS INVOLVED in the shooting sports in the Houston/Austin/Galveston/Orange areas as I am you dont know the whole truth.
