Solid advice from the AMU. After interacting with them for years I can only say good things about those folks. They are my favorite taxpayer-funded activity.
The photo is from their loading room. While they won't explicitly tell you what you need, you can look at the photo and identify what they use. They're not at all price sensitive, so you get a good sense of what works - the AMU has mostly figured it out.
Recognize that most of what they load in-house is not really high volume ammo (e.g. service rifle ammo for 200-300 yards). The last time I checked, they were using commercially loaded ammo for those purposes. What they were mainly loading in-house was ammo for 600-1000 yards.
