I had a custom rifle rechambered by a &quot;professional&quot; gunsmith who forgot to tighten the barrel when he was done. It was just screwed in finger tight.

Fortunately, I discovered it while mounting the scope -- BEFORE I fired it. That was a close call! :(]]></description>
