You can have up to 17rds in pistol IF you have a carry permit. To get a carry permit you MUST pay and have an ad run in Delaware News Journal newspaper (our only main State paper) with your name, address, and titled ” Eric K is seeking to acquire a concealed carry permit. If anyone knows of any reason why Mr. K should not have a concealed carry permit please call State of Delaware police department @ xxx xxxx ). So every criminal looking to steal guns now has your address and everyone in the state who reads a paper or goes online for DE state news knows your name , address, and that you have guns. Now you can’t have a threaded barrel on your pistols unless you have a concealed carry permit. Biden did all this. He admitted to doing this. He obviously does not know the US history very well. When the British invaded, burned down the white house and all surrounding government buildings. Took control of multiple cities. It was the “militia” , everyday citizens, who grabbed what guns they had and even personal cannons and were asked to bring them out, and we held off\beat the British warships and troops. Ensuring our Freedom from British enslavement and taxation. That is how we stayed our own country. By having everyday citizens take up arms and defend the country. Even giving weapons to military personnel for use at garrisons.
