		<description><![CDATA[If it&#039;s a brand new barrel, and you see consistent bulges near the rim, question the reamer used. I had this happen on a new Bartlein barrel this summer. After about 10 rounds, I got a case separation and immediately stopped shooting it. 

I miked it and discovered the base of the case was .025&quot; over SAAMI specs.

I replaced the gunsmith and the barrel.]]></description>
