Jim Borden’s remark is spot on, and in addition to that I know a big name gunsmith who used to check bushings for the perpendicularity of the ID to the faces. Another issue that effects concentricity of case necks is the amount that the neck is being sized by a bushing.

If you want a accurate picture send it out to a lab that has a Talley Round machine.
