Amusing. One should take out the time to read the text of California AB 211. It is literally shocking how much money the state wastes on garbage pursuits.

I would not put it past Gabbing Nuisance or one of his cronies to look at this article and think it’s a good idea and actually attempt to pass it as legislation. There’s no doubt in my mind that the CA Legislature would immediately pass it.

I also live in Montana and, knowing what day it is, questioned the article enough to check on AB211. I bought my first gun while living in California so I have a general idea of just how insane things can be there. But, because of that insanity, I had to check before I could laugh. Thankfully, for my youngest brother, they are not quite as insane as portrayed here, yet.

I live in Montana, thank goodness. I read a lot about the evolution, or devolution of California gun laws, and it is mind boggling. But this latest venture into insanity taked the cake.A target tax? To finance the horrible fires that have, and are, devastating your state as I write. On the backs of gun owners? 38 cents a hole. Cheap 9mm ammunition runs maybe24 cents a round. You are making it prohibitively expensive to shoot. Or is that the intention. The Second Amendment is not a second class right. Governor Newsom, you should be prosecuted for dereliction of duty for failing to honor your oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States. Thankfully, your term as governor is coming to an end. I just hope the citizens of California elect someone who will support them instead of throwing roadblocks in their way. I know with a certainly that you will probably throw your hat in the ring for the next presidential election. Gavin, hell will freeze over, I guarantee you, before you EVER gather my vote.
