		<description><![CDATA[This is ridiculous! First and foremost the dollar amount is just stupid! Most people spend a little bit more money on their scopes than they do on their rifles so that you can build up to the  scope if or when you need to. The ammo issue is another point of contention. Why not just restrict it to ONLY factory box ammo? If we are talking to economy, most people don’t reload if they’re getting into the sport to begin with. Again, they went about this the wrong way.]]></description>

 This appears to be similar to the Production Class in the various pistol games. I do not know how much production class increased participation overall but I&#039;m certain it gave some the incentive to at least try a match.  
Is the price of equipment based on MSRP, or could someone show up with receipts for the used rifle, optic, etc.?
As always anything new generates numerous questions.
