yes, I do wipe out the case lube after forming and that leave quite a clean brass. and brush with nylon into the neck too.

but no superclean brass in and out anymore.

I still prefer the vibrator style to clean my brass. Treated corn cob works just fine to keep it clean, prior to reloading and further prepping.

after 2 years of cleaning my brass, I stopped doing that; now just clean primer pocket with primer pocket uniformer and I am ready to load a new round…

Editor: Most of our rifle brass from bolt guns gets the same minimal routine, but we do wipe off the carbon from the necks while the cases are warm, and run a nylon brush into the necks a few times.
