		<description><![CDATA[There is a variable here, how dirty the powder being used is, and some recent technology that can effect the importance of this. The first is obvious, the second less so. Garmin chronographs are totally effortless to set up, and take up virtually no room on a shooting bench. With the information that they provide a shooter can keep track of the velocity his loads are producing and since velocity, pressure, and tune are all related, make adjustments as needed, assuming he is organized enough to shoot and size a given batch of cases in rotation, so that they are all similarly work hardened and dirty. The other issue is whether small differences in ES matter at the distance being shot at. At the shorter, more common distances they do not. Finally, there is the mater of preservation of powder fouling in case necks.]]></description>
