NJ, NY, Mass, and all the other states will write a new law that does the same thing. There is no punishment levied against the states, the politicians, the LEOs, and corporate interests who commit such acts of treason. USSCOTUS can issue decisions, demands, and statements destroying such laws, but they have -0- effect for me, you, or any one of the millions of good citizens who are just a few seconds away from being sent to prison, bankrupted and severely punished.
