The Academy is a combined classroom and field training program focusing on advanced marksmanship skills for tactical shooters and long-range hunters. The field segment includes technical briefings, practice with mildot ranging, shooting from a variety of positions, and extreme-long-range sessions. I was thinking maybe where this private range is located it’s not unheard-of to encounter critters that can [i]hurt[/i] you? NIce having someone watching your backside when you’re prone in the dirt paying more attention downrange than to what might be crawling nearby.
Because you just never know.
