Is the ammo sub-sonic?
Around 1100fps.
And you have to remember that .22’s are finicky about ammo. Some shoot all the good stuff well and others like particular brands and in some cases brands and lots.
One of my .22’s likes really good target stuff and another .22 likes Remington Thunder Bolts.
You never know until you try a variety of ammo.
