ATF Releases Updated Guide to State Laws and Ordinances
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has released the 35th Edition of State Laws and Published Ordinances — Firearms (ATF P 5300.5). This information will help FFLs and gun owners comply with federal and state firearm laws and, specifically, remain in compliance with the Gun Control Act of 1968.
