Great “Gunscapes” from Nightforce Optics
Here are some great rifle-centric landscape images courtesy of Nightforce Optics. Perhaps these “gunscapes” will encourage you to grab your rifle and head out into the woods this weekend. These images are part of an ongoing series of rifle photos posted on the Nightforce Facebook page. Can you identify the optics, and any of the locations? To see a full-screen version of each image, just click on any photo, and a larger version will load.

Parting Shot…
This is NOT a Photoshop job — that’s the actual view through a Nightforce scope of a deer. Photographer (and rifle-owner) Brandon F. says: “Ya’ll might enjoy this picture of a Fort Hood white tail… 400m away.”

#3 with out a doubt is in the Big-Horn Mountains of WY, I sat on that very ridge, just a little more to the North and slightly higher elevation. With Len Backus, on a mule deer hunt. The coloring of the rocks and the lower meadow completely give it away. Montana image from that day: http://www.centershotrifles.com/gallery/img_hunting/IMG_0709.jpg
Editor: Jim — What a great reply — thanks. Folks, click the link above to see Jim at this very secret spot.
#4 is more likely in New Zealand . The flock of sheep in the back ground is one thing that give it away !The stock is a wild dog stock from Australia. And the suppressor looks like an NZ suppressor. Also ,suppressors are forbidden in Australia but legal here in Nz.
Also going along with the #3 photo is the glamour shot from that trip:
