Tom’s Customized CNC-Milled Loading and Sorting Blocks
Forum Member Tom Sziler(aka Tomekeuro85) produces very nice CNC-milled aluminum loading and sorting blocks that can be customized with your name or catridge designation. These start at just $15 for a 50-bullet sorting tray or 25-round range block. The original 50-round loading blocks cost $25 for most cartridges (smaller than .338 Lapua), $28 for .338 Lapua, and $30 for big stuff like the 50 BMG.
This bullet sorting tray is useful if you sort by base to ogive length or bullet weight.
Trays Are Made to Precise Tolerances and Fitted with Rubber Pads
All trays and blocks have rubber pads on the bottom for grip. Holes are all milled deep, to precise tolerances to prevent rattling, but rounds still fit with sufficient clearance. Clearance is provided on the bottom of each hole to avoid potential primer contact and to make room for debris. You want something customized? No problem. Tom says: “Custom variations of any of these items are available. Just let me know what you’re looking for.”
These blocks are definitely high-quality. Forum member PGG reports: “You can count on top notch work and materials guys. I bought a boat load of them for Christmas gifts [and] they were a huge hit. Super items, super service, great value.” Forum member WoolenMammoth agrees: “[I] ordered a few blocks recently and they far exceeded my expectation. Really nice work at an absurdly competitive price.” For more info, or to place an order, view this Shooters’ Forum Thread, or email Tom.Sziler[at]gmail.com.

How can these items help improve score over the standard injection molded plastic ones??
There loading blocks for cripe’s sake!!!!
Yep, they`re loadin blocks.
I have four grand tied up in my “varmint rifle”. Is that too much?
I made some from oak with 55 , so I can space them out easier when loading.
At 30 bucks, what`s an hour of your time worth for a product as nice as the rifle you are reloading for?
My .02- SWEEEEEEEEEEET!!!!!!
Nice product and surely worth MY money and time!
“I have four grand tied up in my “varmint rifle”. Is that too much?”
I and a lot of other folks have a lot more than that tied up in competition rifles. My question was, how will these blocks enhance the performance of the pull of the trigger?? To me, its just bench bling. So much for the sagging economy…
A couple justifications:
1. I’ve never seen a plastic or Delrin bullet sorting tray like Tom’s — that’s pretty unique.
2. Most of the plastic loading tray are NOT cartridge-specific, so the brass can tilt and move. When using a funnel to fill brass with powder it works much better/faster if the cases are secure in the holes and don’t tilt.
3. I hate to admit it, but I have knocked over a plastic tray filled with sorted brass, just by pulling an electric cord across the bench. With a heavier, all-metal block, with rubber pads, that wouldn’t have happened.
4. Having a custom label on the load block is very nice and can help prevent a disasterous misloading at the range. There have been instances of people mistaking one similar cartridge for another and blowing their rifle up. (E.g. sticking a 7mm-08 in a .308).
Killer custom rigs get killer custom accesories such as these killer looking blocks..
They are Killer for sure…
I found these. I have purchased almost one for every ammo I reload. They even discounted them when I told them how many I needed.

Good day sir:
Are you still in business? If so, I’d be interested in blocks for 6mm PPC, 30BR, and 260 Rem.
Look forward to your reply

Dave
Any luck your still doing this? I would like .338 lapua if possible.
